This is what happens on Delhi roads when there is no traffic cop on the road. People are absolutely irresponsible and careless. The video shows the gravity of the situation:1. The probable speed of the car2. The fortunate part that no one came in front of car as the driver was not in a position to stop it, any way.3. The accident took place at 1.30 am (seems to be, as per people around there). The car was lying on the spot till morning endangering other motorists and road users. The incidence was recorded on the morning (8.00 am) on 28.8.08 at the stretch of Outer Ring Road between Rose Garden, Hauz Khas and IIT.The Police control room was called at around the same time.
